Women are instructed in the methods to encourage natural childbirth as a primary option, but if medical interventions are used, the methods work with current childbirth medicine to raise the quality of the birth and heal the side effects of the medicine. The classes teach expanded childbirth anatomy, the energy body and the physical body in one. Women learn to breathe with the energy body, all the way through labor and delivery. They learn healing and greater function in giving birth. Women are instructed in the methods to encourage natural childbirth as a primary option, but if medical interventions are used, the methods work with current childbirth medicine to raise the quality of the birth and heal the side effects of the medicine.
